About Sterling
Everything they told me to tone down became the very thing that changed my life.
Now I help other women claim what they’ve been afraid to touch.
I’m Sterling - dancer, creator, coach, and someone who’s spent years breaking out of the boxes I was handed. My work lives at the intersection of sensuality, embodiment, creative freedom, and higher consciousness, without the pressure to be perfect or the shame that keeps women locked out of their power.Dance was my first language of liberation.
Through shuffling, performance, sensual movement, and expression, I learned how powerful it feels to take up space. I built platforms, traveled the world, taught, performed, and became visible in ways my younger self never thought possible. And after the milestones, the recognition, the money, the rooms…something deeper was asking to be met. What I didn’t know then was that my body didn’t yet know how to hold what I desired.I was living from instinct and devotion, but not regulation. I could manifest quickly, but I couldn’t stay relaxed inside what I created. Success triggered the same survival patterns as fear i.e. hypervigilance, overthinking, pulling back, questioning myself after saying yes to the very things I wanted. So I did what my body was asking.I slowed down.
I listened.
I let old parts dissolve.I deepened my relationship with embodiment, nervous system work, hypnosis, NLP, ritual, and somatic practices. I healed my relationship with the parts of me that learned early on to self-protect, self-edit, and self-abandon in order to belong. I re-indigenized my mind, unlearning the colonial conditioning of productivity, urgency, and external permission and returned to the body as my primary source of wisdom.Through movement, ritual, meditation, earth-based practices, and subconscious reprogramming, I learned how to associate safety with expansion. Pleasure with leadership. Visibility with trust. Desire with grounded action. My role isn’t to tell you who to be.
It’s to help you remember your sovereign authority.
